Photography with an orginial, One on One.
As the talent grows we know it all started somewhere or with someone, With World Class Youth this young lady has earned the upmost respect and honored contributions as an Artist within the Company, we are proud to introduce to you Lenore Melo.

Q: Photography is such a popular business right now and everyone want’s an in on it, how did the activity cross your path?
A: Well I’ve always had an interest in photography. In middle school I carried around my little pocket digital and snapped at everything, literally. I loved the idea that with a click of a button you can freeze time. I became more intrigued by portrait photography when I received my digital SLR during my sophomore year in high school. The fact that a photograph can be filled with so many different emotions and so many different stories is what captured me.
Q: What is Photography in your eyes?
A: Photography is like a time capsule, it freezes a moment in time and tells the viewer a story.
Q: Between working live at Fashion Shows, Events and Photoshoots what is your favorite project to capture?
A: I don’t really have a favorite project to capture. They all have their own aspects that make it interesting.
Q: You were one of the first Roaming Photographers for World Class Youth, How have you grown since then?
A: I have grown so much within World Class Youth since I first started. Like the question said I started off as a roaming photographer but as events passed by, I started shooting some of the photoshoots we held which then in turn I became the Divisional Head of Photography.
Q:How and when did you get your position with the company?
A: Around January of 2009, my cousin showed me this Myspace of this company, which was then called Young Hollywood Benefit Fashion company, and that they were looking for some photography interns. I decided to turn in an application and a couple of weeks later, in February 2009, I got a response to come to a event they were holding. Ever since then, my relationship with the company and its members grew more and more.
Q: Why World Class Youth and what was your favorite event to take part in overall?
A: World Class Youth captured my attention because they focus on the youth. Being seventeen and shooting right in front of a runway and backstage at LA Fashion week was definitely a really great experience. Never in my life would I have suspected to have the opportunity at such a young age.
Q: Tell us a little bit about shooting at the Pacific Sunware Event and who was your favorite face there? Kat Von D perhaps?
A: Shooting at the PacTour event was a blast. My main job there was to shoot pictures of band members as well as other celebrities receiving gift items that PacSun and other companies provided. The crowd and especially the environment was a lot of fun. It was filled with music, dancing, snacks, meeting new people, etc. Kat Von D was a sweetheart, she was really nice and I’m glad I was able to experience a conversation with her.
Q: World Class Youth recently held a successful fashion for a cause event “Stop Shop” what were your thoughts?
A: The event was a success and a lot of fun. I was able to snack up a few goodies to wear as well as many other people. The events we hold are entertaining, eventful, not to mention a great cause and this was only one of them. It’s always a great time with my fellow World Class Youth members. (:
Q:Your personal background, tell us about you outside of the company.
A: Currently I am nineteen years old, born and raised in Los Angeles and attend Cal State Northridge as a graphic design major (although I want to change or minor in photography) and this fall will be my second year. Outside of the company, even inside, I’m a regular teenager; I go to school, I work for a retail company, I do photography on my own, I’m into fashion, I’m crazy and loud, etc.
Q: What should our fans expect to see from you in the near future with World Class Youth?
A: It’s all a surprise, you guys would just have to wait and see.
Q: What advice would you give to aspiring photographers?
A: Just keep shooting; shoot everything and anything. Write down ideas that pop into your head even if they’re crazy and outrageous. Everyone has their own style of photography and it’s always good to be different. Happy shooting and never hesitate to show me some of your brilliant masterpieces!

A Note from us: Lenore has set the bar very high, for the upcoming fresh faces of World Class Youth we hope you look to her great ambition and accomplishments! Nothing less!
